Vinge advises Axcel VI and the Currentum Group in connection with the acquisition of KomfortAutomatik i Östergötland AB, a company with business within building automation which provides control, regulation and monitoring installation services within the real estate and construction sector. The company operates in Linköping, Stockholm and Örebro.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Christina Kokko together with Karl Klackenberg, Hannah Kajlinger and Carl Fredrik Wachtmeister (M&A), Isak Willborg (Construction), Elin Broman (Employment) and Frida Ställborn (Real Estate).
