Vinge advises Axcel VI and the Currentum Group in connection with the acquisitions of CH Vent, Ventmetoder and Reglera with business within service, construction, energy, control and regulation. The companies are based in Västerås and are among the leading actors in Västmanland, Uppland and Stockholm.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Christina Kokko together with Karl Klackenberg, Hannah Kajlinger and Carl Fredrik Wachtmeister (M&A), Isak Willborg (Construction), Elin Broman (Employment) and Frida Ställborn (Real Estate).
