Vinge advises Axcel VI and the Currentum Group in connection with the acquisition of Månsson Rör & Värmepumpar i Östergötland AB and Månsson Rör & Värmepumpar AB. The companies provide contracting and installation services within heating and sanitation and are based in Östergötland.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Christina Kokko together with Karl Klackenberg, Hannah Kajlinger, Carl Fredrik Wachtmeister and Philip Moré (M&A), Isak Willborg (Construction), Elin Broman (Employment), Karl-Gustaw Tobola (Financing), Frida Ställborn (Real Estate), Ellinor Gyllenhammar (VDR Assistant) and Anna Ekdahl Roos (Junior Assistant).

Vinge has advised Gamma Waves on Sportway’s EUR 20 million financing round

 Vinge has acted as legal adviser to Gamma Waves in connection with Sportway’s EUR 20 million financing round. The round was led by Gamma Waves, together with continued participation from existing shareholders, and values Sportway at approximately EUR 92 million (around SEK 1 billion) post-money.
