Vinge has advised Axcel VII and Accru Partners in connection with the acquisitions of Baker Tilly Uppsala AB and Baker Tilly Guide AB.

Baker Tilly Uppsala AB and Baker Tilly Guide AB are entrepreneur-led, local businesses with expertise in accounting, audit, tax, and advisory services. After the acquisitions, Accru Partners consists of 61 independent firms within the aforementioned business areas.
