Vinge advises Autoliv in public offer for AS Norma

Vinge is advising Autoliv in connection with its public offer for the remaining 49 percent of the shares in its part-owned Estonian subsidiary AS Norma. AS Norma is listed on NASDAQ OMX Tallinn. The offer is valued at approximately EUR 38 million.

The Vinge team includes partner Jan Byström and associate Petter Alberts.
