Richard O’Brien acquires Atria Lätta Måltider AB i Nörrköping. Richard O’Brien has entered into an agreement to acquire Atria Lätta Måltider’s operations in Norrköping. A total of 70 persons will be offered continued employment.

Vinge’s team advising Atria Lätta Måltider included partner Johan Winnerblad and associate Theresa Kovac.
