Vinge has advised ASSA ABLOY AB in conjunction with the acquisition of Phoniro, a leading company which integrates solutions for digital key management and alarms within home services and residential care homes in the Nordic region.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of partner Peter Sundgren and associates Samra Baytar, Jonas Borg, Christoffer Nordin, Lisa Sennerby, Frida Ställborn, Martin Boström, Arvid Axelryd, Marion Kronberg and Pauline Lagerstrand.
