Vinge advises Aspiro in connection with divesture of Mobile Entertainment

Aspiro, listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm, has reached an agreement with Lobus Mobil AB regarding the sale of its Mobile Entertainment business segment in Norway, Sweden and Denmark. Vinge has assisted Aspiro in connection with the divesture as regards questions relating to Swedish law.

Vinges team has primarily consisted of partner in charge Pontus Enquist and of Jesper Schönbeck and Dain Nevonen.
