Vinge advises Arthur J. Gallagher in connection with its acquisition of Nordic Försäkring & Riskhantering AB (“Nordic”).

Nordic is a retail insurance broker based in Gothenburg, Sweden, specialized on the industry and life science sectors as well as insurance solutions for members of affinity groups and industry associations in Sweden.

Vinge’s team consists of partner Johan Göthberg and, among others, associates Oscar Rydén, Filip Brosset, Martin Cronsioe and Sara Strandberg.
