Vinge advises Apsis Group AB in its acquisition of Innometrics AB

Vinge advises Apsis Group AB in connection with its acquisition of Innometrics AB. Innometrics develops and sells data-driven digital marketing services allowing the customer to merge data from various sources, which is an area that Apsis, with its focus on email and marketing automation, has also focused on.

Vinge’s team consisted of partners Henrik Borna and Anna Edström, counsel Christian Lindhé and, among others, associates Emelie Svensäter Jerntorp, Mattias Sköld and Fredrik Lasson.
