VINGE ADVISES ANICURA IN CONNECTION WITH THE ACQUISITION OF SMÅDJURSMOTTAGNINGEN I FINSPÅNG

Vinge has advised AniCura (formerly Djursjukhusgruppen) in connection with the acquisition of Smådjursmottagningen i Finspång AB. Established in 2011, AniCura is the first merger of companion animal hospitals in the Nordic region and is currently the only Nordic veterinary care group exclusively focused on companion animals.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Jonas Bergström together with associates Gustav Jönsson and Emelie Klefbeck.

Vinge advises Revivo Group on the acquisition of Solidenergy

 Revivo Group, a portfolio company of Helix Kapital, has acquired Solidenergy, a leading provider of surface treatment services in the Norwegian market. The company operates within the energy, offshore and infrastructure sectors and is headquartered in Ågotnes outside Bergen. Solidenergy employs approximately 600 people.
