Vinge has advised Aller Media AB in connection with its acquisition of MYM Custom Publishing AB, a leading company within the content publishing sector.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Henrik Borna together with, among others, associates Anders Hilmansson, Daniel Prawitz and Karin Engström.
