Vinge has advised Aller Media AB and Spray Portal AB in connection with the acquisition of the operations pertaining to the fishing magazines Fiske för Alla and Allt om Flugfiske, as well as the home and gardening magazines Residence, Drömhem och Trädgård and Trädgård & Blommor. The acquisition is subject to customary conditions to closing.
