Vinge advises Aller in connection with sale of Spray

Spray Passagen Internet KB, a 50-50 joint venture owned by Eniro and Aller, has transferred all of Spray Passagen’s operations. The buyer is a company called Result. Spray Passagen is a Swedish media company which manages some of Sweden’s strongest trade marks on the internet including the email service, Spray Mail and the dating site, Spraydate. Spray Passagen reaches more than 1.3 million users online every week and has half a million active members.

Vinge advised Aller in connection with the sales process. The work was led by partner Fredrik Borna who was assisted by associates Susanne Samuelsson and Marcus Bergdahl.

Vinge advises Trinax Group in conjunction with the acquisition of AddMobile and Scudo Solutions

Trinax Group has acquired the Swedish company AddMobile and the Finnish company Scudo Solutions, which specialise in software for work order management and project and cost management respectively. The two acquisitions broaden the group’s offering across the entire value chain, from the client’s budget and costing to the contractor’s field work, whilst strengthening its geographical presence in Finland.
