Vinge advises Alhem Fastigheter AB in connection with sale

Vinge has advised Alhem Fastigheter AB in connection with the sale of a newly built home for the elderly in Gävle to SPP Fastigheter AB.

The healthcare provider Frösunda Omsorg is a tenant up to and including 2036. The transfer was carried out through the sale of the property‑owning company.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of responsible partner Olof Jisland and associate Kristoffer Larson.
