Vinge advises Alder in connection with its investment in Järnforsen Energy Group

Vinge advises Alder in connection with its investment in Järnforsen Energy Group. Following the transaction, Alders holds approximately 62 per cent of Järnforsen Energy Group, which has annual revenues of MSEK 200 and an operating profit of MSEK 11. Järnforsen Energy Group supplies plants for generation of heating and energy from forest residue.

Headquartered in Stockholm, Malte Månson is an independent service and repair provider for commercial vehicles and operates a network of 28 service workshop locations across Sweden, authorized by brands such as MAN, DAF, IVECO, Mercedes-Benz, Setra, VDL and EVO. Malte Månson has an annual revenue of SEK 800 million and employs over 300 full-time professionals.
