Vinge has acted for Advania on the acquisition of the AI-company The AI Framework, a distinguished AI consultancy recognised for deep domain expertise within AI transformation for Northern European customers.

The company is engaged in AI transformation within retail, telecom, finance and other industries, and provides strategic advise and implementation services within complex domains. Through the acquisition Advania strengthens its offering within AI-services, including strategic advisory services, implementation and integration of AI.
