VINGE ADVISES ADAPTA FASTIGHETER IN CONNECTION WITH NCC TRANSACTION

Vinge has advised Adapta Fastigheter in connection with its acquisition of a development site in Kungsbacka from NCC Fastigheter. The acquisition occurred through a target company which had already entered into lease agreements with two prospective tenants. NCC was represented by its in-house legal department.

Vinge’s team consisted of responsible partner Olof Gisland together with associates Frida Bäckegren (tax), Maria Paijkull (environmental) and Anders Falkeby (due diligence).

Vinge advises Altor on its public offer for Sleep Cycle

 Snark BidCo, a company controlled by Altor Fund V (No. 1) and Altor Fund V (No. 2) announced a public offer to the shareholders of Sleep Cycle AB to tender all their shares to Snark BidCo. The shares in Sleep Cycle are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm. After the end of the extended acceptance period, Snark BidCo controls approximately 79.2 percent of the share capital and votes in Sleep Cycle. The total value of the offer was approximately SEK 497 million.
