Vinge advises ABG Sundal Collier and Swedbank in connection with Victoria Park’s private placement

Vinge has advised a syndicate of banks consisting of ABG Sundal Collier AB and Swedbank AB (publ) in connection with Victoria Park’s SEK 344 million brokered private placement. Victoria Park is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
 
Vinge’s team consisted of Jesper Schönbeck and David Andersson.
