Vinge advised ZetaDisplay on bond issue

ZetaDisplay AB (publ) has issued a 3.5 year senior unsecured bond loan of SEK 300 million, within a framework amount of SEK 500 million.

The bonds are intended to be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
 
Vinge acted as legal adviser to ZetaDisplay. The Vinge team included partners Erik Sjöman and Christian Lindhé, and associates Fredrik Christiansson and Martin Svanberg.

 Vinge advises Northern Environmental and Water Solutions AB (“NEWS”), a portfolio company of Litorina, in connection with the sale of the operating subsidiaries Skandinavisk Kommunalteknik, FANN VA-Teknik and Alunda Polyeten to Wienerberger AG (Vienna Stock Exchange: WIE). The transaction is expected to be completed in Q2 2026.
