Vinge advised Volito Aviation AB in connection with the financing and leasing of one Boeing B737-800 aircraft to an international airline. Volito Aviation AB is a company based in Malmö which leases aircraft to airlines located all over the world.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Henrik Ossborn together with the associate Johan Ragnar who acted for Volito Aviation AB both towards the lender and the lessee.

 Revivo Group, a portfolio company of Helix Kapital, has acquired Solidenergy, a leading provider of surface treatment services in the Norwegian market. The company operates within the energy, offshore and infrastructure sectors and is headquartered in Ågotnes outside Bergen. Solidenergy employs approximately 600 people.
