Vinge advised VGS Aircraft Holding (Ireland) Limited's subsidiary VGS Aircraft Leasing Two Limited with the sale of one Boeing 737-300 aircraft to the Cyprus operator AviaAM Leasing Cyprus Limited. VGS Aircraft Holding (Ireland) Limited is a 50/50 joint venture between Volito Aviation AB and a company within the Goldman Sachs Group.

Vinge's team consisted of Henrik Ossborn and Fredrik Christiansson.
