Vinge advised VGS Aircraft Holding (Ireland) Limited's subsidiary Johannesburg Limited with the lease of two Airbus A319-112 aircraft to the English operator FastJet Leasing PCC Limited. The lender to Johannesburg Limited is GE Japan Corporation. VGS Aircraft Holding (Ireland) Limited is a 50/50 joint venture between Volito Aviation AB and a company within the Goldman Sachs Group.

Vinge's team consisted of Henrik Ossborn and Fredrik Christiansson.
