Vinge advised the Knauf Group in connection with the purchase of Sävsjö Plåtindustri AB

Vinge advised Knauf Danogips GmbH Tyskland – filial in connection with the purchase of Sävsjö Plåtindustri AB. Sävsjö Plåtindustri AB have 42 employees and manufactures steel frames for wooden doors and light-gauge sections for the building industry. Sävsjö Plåtindusti AB’s turnover for the last accounting year was approximately MSEK 100.

The Vinge team advising Knauf included partner Magnus Hedsund and associates Kristian Ford, Daniel Svensson, Mathias Lindquist (environmental) and Carl Fahleryd (employment).

Vinge has advised SBP Kredit AB (publ) in connection a securitisation with a Nordic bank as senior lender

The agreement covers a total amount of SEK 1 billion and creates conditions for significantly increased lending capacity. The agreement has been structured in accordance with the EU Securitisation Regulation and enables qualified loans to be continuously transferred to a special purpose vehicle within the SBP group.
