Vinge has advised Platzer Fastigheter in connection with Skanska’s entry into of an agreement with Platzer Fastigheter, Ytterbygg and Vilhelmsson & Carlsson in relation to the acquisition of rights to erect residential buildings at Södra Änggården in Gothenburg.
The real estate value amounts to approximately SEK 290 000 000. The Södra Änggården area was initiated by Platzer Fastigheter and Göteborgs Stad.
Vinge’s team primarily consisted of responsible partner Olof Jisland and associate Kristoffer Larson.
