Vinge advised Elanders AB (publ) listed on Nasdaq OMX Stockholm in connection with the recently completed guaranteed new issue of shares subject to pre-emption rights of the existing shareholders.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of responsible partner Erik Sjöman and associates Christian Lindhé and Markus Larsson.
