Vinge advised Morgan Stanley and Nordea on directed share issue in Better Collective

Vinge advised Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc and Nordea Corporate Finance & ECM, part of Nordea Danmark, Filial af Nordea Bank Abp, Finland which are acting as Global Coordinators and Bookrunners in connection with a directed share issue of SEK 1.5 billion in Better Collective A/S through an accelerated book building procedure.

The Vinge team included David Andersson, Erik Sjöman, William Kåge and Amanda M Johansson.
