Vinge has acted as Swedish counsel to Qlik Technologies Inc. in connection with Thoma Bravo’s offer to acquire the company. Qlik Technologies is listed on Nasdaq Global Select Market and the offer values Qlik Technologies to approximately USD 3 billion.

Vinge’s team was composed of Henrik Borna and Christian Lindhé.
