Ingrid Capacity and Mirova, an affiliate of Natixis Investment Managers dedicated to sustainable investment, announce a cross-border partnership of two BESS projects totalling 145 MW/290 MWh in Sweden and Finland. Vinge has advised a syndicate of Nordic and Northern European banks connection with the financing of Verdane and Telenor’s new partnership relating to Telenor Connexion. Under the partnership, Verdane and Telenor will jointly invest in Telenor Connexion, a leading provider of IoT solutions. The transaction was completed on 10 September 2026 and values Telenor Connexion at SEK 7.5 billion.
