Vinge has advised Bactiguard Holding AB (publ) in connection with a directed share issue to AMF whereby the company raised proceeds of SEK 228 million.
Vinge has advised Naval Group in connection with the negotiations with the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) for the procurement of four defence and intervention frigates (FDI) for the Swedish Navy. The contract was signed on 31 August 2026 in Stockholm. Naval Group has been selected as a strategic partner by the Swedish Government to rapidly strengthen and modernise its fleet's capabilities.
