Vinge advised Artexis Nordic in trade exhibition negotiations

Vinge advised Artexis Nordic in negotiations with Midroc Property concerning the trade exhibition centre, Malmö Expo Center in Hyllie. Midroc's investment in the trade exhibition centre amounts to approximately SEK 200 million.
 
Artexis Nordic is a subsidary of Artexis International which arranges trade fairs, events, exhibitions and other events in several countries including Germany, France, England, Belgium and the Netherlands.
 
Vinge's team consisted of Anders Forkman and Emma Hakesjö.
