Vinge advised Altra Industrial Motion Corp., a global manufacturer and marketer of electromechanical power transmission and motion control products, on the combination with four operating companies from Fortive’s Automation & Specialty platform (“Fortive A&S”), including market leading brands Kollmorgen, Thomson, Portescap and Jacobs Vehicle Systems. 

The Vinge team advising Altra Industrial Motion Corp. was led by Matthias Pannier with support from Christian Brelin and Stina Bengtsson (all Corporate).
