Vinge Advised Aller on Formation with Eniro

The search company Eniro and the media group Aller has reached an agreement to co-operate through the gateways Passagen, Spray and Suomi 24. Eniro and Aller’s operations in Sweden are co-owned by Eniro and Aller but Aller will receive the majority of votes within the units including Passagen and Spray.

Vinge’s team included partners Sven A Olsson and Henrik Borna joined by Anna Edström, Anna Jonsson, Marcus Bergdahl, Susanne Samuelsson, Johanna Lindman and Lynn Andersson.

Vinge advises InArea on entering into a SEK 450 million credit agreement with SEB

InArea's new facilities agreement comprises a term loan and a revolving credit facility, replacing the company's existing facilities. The facilities agreement also includes an option to increase the lending framework through an incremental facility of up to SEK 200 million.
