Vinge acts for Kamic Electronics in connection with the public offer for ElektronikGruppen

Kamic Electronics has announced a public cash offer for ElektronikGruppen BK Aktiebolag (publ) (”ElektronikGruppen”). The class B shares of Eletronikgruppen are listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. The offer is conducted in accordance with the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm’s rules regarding MBO offers.

Vinge acts for Kamic Electronics. Vinge’s team is headed by Rikard Stenberg and includes Johan Thiman (public M&A) and, with respect to the bankfinancing of the offer, Maria-Pia Hope and Anders Morén. In addition, Viges team comprises Lennart Larsson (tax) och Peter Alstergren (merger control). ABG Sundal Collier acts as financial advisor to the offeror.
