VIA Equity Fund III K/S invests in GleSYS AB and Portlane AB

Vinge has advised VIA Equity Fund III K/S, together with the current owners, founders and CEO Glenn Johansson, in connection with the investment in GleSYS AB and Portlane AB through a new, jointly owned, holding structure.

GleSYS and Portlane offer services within colocation, dedicated servers, network and connections, system management and virtual private servers. The companies’ joint turnover is approximately SEK 100 million with good profitability.

Vinge’s team consisted primarily of Johan Winnerblad, Alex Miler, Andrea Ahlgren, Marith Welin-Berger and Viktor Wahlqvist.
