Veidekke Bouwfonds AB acquires property in Stockholm

The property is in central Stockholm and the acquisition is costing Veidekke Bouwfonds AB SEK 375 million. Akademiska Hus is the seller of 34,000 square metre property. Veidekke Bouwfond's future plans for the property is to turn them into housing.

Vinge acted as advisor to Veidekke Bouwfonds during the acquisition. The representative from Vinge was Patrick Forslund.
