Triton acquires Unident AB

Vinge acts for the seller in connection with Triton's acquisition of Unident AB.

Unident is a leading Nordic distributor of dental consumables and equipment as well as lab services and dental analytics software. The transaction is subject to customary merger clearence. 

Vinge's team was lead by Fredrik Sonander with Natalie Bäck as project leader.
