Tieto acquires NSEC

Vinge has advised the shareholders of NSEC AB in conjunction with the sale of the company to the Nordic service and software company Tieto.

NSEC AB is a Swedish security service company with approximately 30 employees and with its head office in Stockholm. The acquisition is a phase in Tieto’s strategy to build and strengthen its position on the Nordic market, with a particular focus on Sweden.

Vinge’s team consisted of Johan Winnerblad.
