Teleca sells Benima AF

Teleca has reached an agreement with AB Ångpanneföreningen (Boiler Inspection Association) regarding the sale of the subsidiary Benima. The purchase sum amounts to SEK 525 million, split between SEK 400 million in cash and SEK 125 million in the form of new ÅF shares.

Vinge acted as advisor to Teleca. Representatives from Vinge included Peter Oscarsson, Erik Sjöman and Anna Björk.
