Vinge is advising Tele2 on the divestment of 3C Communications to Telekurs. 3C Communications is a company in the field of card-based payment transactions.

Vinge has advised the owners of Compab Energiteknik in connection with the sale of 80 per cent of the shares to Tången Industrikapital. Compab, which has a turnover of approximately SEK 100 million, sells, installs and services, amongst other things, steam and hot-water boilers as well as burners for the industrial sector.
Vinge has advised Ikano Bank AB (publ) on the acquisition of a portfolio of performing consumer loans from Entercard Group AB. As at 30 September 2026, the contractual amount of the loans totalled approximately SEK 7 billion.
