Summit Partners invests in Syncron International

Vinge has advised Syncron International in connection with the American private equity company Summit Partners’s investment in the company.

Syncron sells cloud based solutions as subscription services to world leading manufacturing companies all over the world in order to optimize their aftermarket handling and has approximately 330 employees, divided between 10 offices all over the world. 

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of partner Johan Winnerblad together with associates Carl Sander and Marith Welin‑Berger.

Snark BidCo, a company controlled by Altor Fund V (No. 1) and Altor Fund V (No. 2) announced a public offer to the shareholders of Sleep Cycle AB to tender all their shares to Snark BidCo.
