Stora Enso increases its holding in Cellutech

Vinge has advised Cellutech in connection with the minority shareholder Stora Enso acquiring all shares in the company.

Cellutech was founded in 2013 and consists of an active team with eight scientists and researchers who act as a link between academia and industry.

Cellutech was started in order to develop ideas from high class technology research at SweTree Technologies and Wallenberg Wood Science Center to commercially successful technology and products.
