STAR Capital Partners announces sale of its investment in recycling business

STAR Capital Partners announces the sale of BUS Group, a leading European recycling company to Befesa Medio Ambiente SA for an enterprise value of €330 million. BUS Group is the leading European recycler of metal containing dust produced by the European EAF Steel Industry. The Company operates from five recycling plants in Germany, France and Sweden.

Vinge acted as Swedish Counsel to the seller STAR Capital Partners. Representatives from Vinge included Björn Gustavsson, Jens Haneklint, Sara Mindus, Anna Edström and Mattias Larsson.
