Sobro – new main owner in Mercur

Vinge has advised Sobro in connection with Sobro’s investment in Mercur, which is a leading developer and supplier of solutions for operational management and decision support, with an annual turnover of approximately SEK 70 million.

The company’s management will remain as major owners.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Carl Sander, Mathilda Persson, Fredric Reissmüller and Klara Secher.
