SiRF Technology Holdings, Inc. acquires Kisel Microelectronics AB

SiRF Technology Holdings, Inc., the listed US based provider of GPS-enabled location technology, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Kisel Microelectronics, AB, the Swedish service provider developing radio and mixed-signal integrated circuits for wireless communication devices, for a total consideration of USD 33m.

Vinge advises Altor on its public offer for Sleep Cycle

Snark BidCo, a company controlled by Altor Fund V (No. 1) and Altor Fund V (No. 2) announced a public offer to the shareholders of Sleep Cycle AB to tender all their shares to Snark BidCo. The shares in Sleep Cycle are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm. After the end of the extended acceptance period, Snark BidCo controls approximately 79.2 percent of the share capital and votes in Sleep Cycle. The total value of the offer was approximately SEK 497 million.
