Sigma AB acquires RKS AB

Sigma AB, the listed Swedish provider of business solutions, has agreed to acquire RKS AB, the listed Swedish IT consultancy company, for approximately SEK 103m (EUR 11.26m), including net debt.

 Vinge has advised Naval Group in connection with the negotiations with the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) for the procurement of four defence and intervention frigates (FDI) for the Swedish Navy. The contract was signed on 31 August 2026 in Stockholm. Naval Group has been selected as a strategic partner by the Swedish Government to rapidly strengthen and modernise its fleet's capabilities.
