Toshiba TEC Corporation, the Japanese manufacturer of computer peripherals, has agreed to acquire Toshiba Document Solutions, the Swedish provider of copy, fax and print machines, from Scribona AB (publ.), the Swedish IT products company, for an undisclosed sum.
