Sales of EcoWin to Reuters

Reuters is acquiring EcoWin for a value of approximately EUR 35 million. Reuter's acquisition of the privately owned company follows their newly declared growth strategy. The acquisition will integrate Ecowin with Reuters Research and Asset Management..

Vinge represented the private persons and trusts that sold EcoWin, and representatives from Vinge included Thomas Lakhall, Monika Selvin and Katarina Nilsson.
