Sale of Digital Illusions CE AB to Electronic Arts, Inc.

Electronic Arts, Inc., the listed (NASDAQ: ERTS) US interactive entertainment software company, has announced a tender offer to acquire all the outstanding shares in Digital Illusions CE AB (publ), the listed Swedish developer of interactive entertainment, for a total consideration of approximately SEK 500.1m (EUR 55.75m) in cash.
