Saab acquires Ericsson Microwave Systems

Saab AB is buying Ericsson Microwave Systems with approximately 1250 employees in Gothenburg. The acquisition gives Saab a leading position in the radar and sensor business with their already advanced product portfolio in the field of defence, aviation, space and national defence. The purchase price is SEK 3.8 billion and purchase also includes Ericsson's 40 percent share in Saab Ericsson Space.

Vinge acted as advisor to Saab during the acquisition. Vinge representatives included Johan Winnerblad, Christina Kokko, Olle Rislund, Björn Gustavsson, Thomas Sjöberg, Katja Cato, Niclas Winnberg and Theresa Kovac.

Vinge advises Setra Trävaror in conjunction with the sale of Malå Såg to HS Timber

The Austrian company HS Timber Group has entered into an agreement to acquire 100 per cent of the shares in the Swedish wood processing company Malå Såg AB from Setra Trävaror AB, a subsidiary of Setra Group AB. The transaction remains subject to approval from the relevant public authorities.
